Online coaching is so you can have access to my services at your very fingertips. Think of me as your very own pocket coach.

 

So this means you can have access to me and my programming no matter where you are in the world and still achieve great results regardless of where you're situated!

DETAILED CONSULTATION

Initial written form followed up with a phone call/email/WhatsApp message.

(to talk through current training & diet, plans for your new programme, how the coaching will work)

WEEKLY, BI-WEEKLY, MONTHLY CHECK-INS

Have the option to receive weekly, bi-weekly or monthly check-ins with weight, measurements & session/nutrition performance- To keep progressing and make any adjustments when needed.

LIFESTYLE ADJUSTMENTS

Changes made to plan when needed. E.g Holidays or working away from home.

TAILORED TRAINING PROGRAM

Tailored completely to your goals & lifestyle. Exact exercises, reps & sets with a weight logging feature to track every exercise. Each exercise comes with a video demonstration.

COMMUNICATION
 

You will have access to me 7 days a week via the messenger feature - All questions will be answered on your weekly check-in report.

NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT

A tailored calorie/macronutrient goal based on your current goal which is adjusted when needed. Full on-going nutritional support with a guide on how to track calories and tips on structuring meals throughout the day.

EXERCISE FORM CHECK

Via video on Whatsapp to ensure exercises/movements are performed correctly.
