Tailored completely to your goals & lifestyle. Exact exercises, reps & sets with a weight logging feature to track every exercise. Each exercise comes with a video demonstration all available whilst being coached by me.
FULL NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT
A tailored calorie/macronutrient goal based on your current goal which is adjusted when needed. Full on-going nutritional support with a guide on how to track calories and tips on structuring meals throughout the day.
CHECK-IN / ACCOUNTIBILITY FORM
Receive an accountability form to help keep you on track which will consistently be reviewed by me and your targets will be adjusted accordingly.
EXERCISE FORM CHECK
I will always review your form when exercising and give you the necessary cues to improve the efficiency of the movement.
